Thuishaven announces four ADE day- and nighttime events

Hosting Electric Deluxe, Life and Death, Desolat Seran Bendecidos, Benny Rodrigues and many more from Thursday October 17th through Sunday October 20th.

After recent news about Breakfast Club making its way back to ADE and STRAF_WERK bringing two nights to De Kromhouthal, we continue with another addition to the festival program, as Thuishaven is gearing up to bring 4 shows to ADE, inviting key players as well as close friends & residents.

For their first event on Thursday, Electric Deluxe will be kicking off during daytime, delivering some of their main talent including Clouds, Daniel Avery and Multiples (Speedy J & Surgeon). Speedy J will continue into the night with a 3 hour solo set. The Dutch artist owes the name Speedy J to his DJ skills and is considered to be one of the first techno producers coming from the Benelux.

ADE Friday will see the return of Life and Death, an Italian label that was founded in 2010 and curates soulful dance music with a post-rock aesthetic. They will be hosting performances by, amongst others, DJ Tennis, DJ Seinfeld, Omar Souleyman, David Vunk and Mor Elian.Desolat Seran Bendecidos, Circus Recordings and Michel de Hey are set to take over the three areas of Thuishaven on Saturday, bringing along their top picks such as Alan Fitzpatrick, DJ Boring and Loco Dice. To close off their program, Thuishaven has invited long time friends and collaborators Benny Rodrigues, Chris Stussy, De Sluwe Vos and Prunk to each host a stage on Sunday.

Thuishaven is not a club, or a warehouse – it’s a unique experience. Located on the outskirts of Amsterdam, the site is surrounded by industry and oil tankers. Incorporating materials purchased or found at neighboring scrap yards, the place radiates a raw and industrial atmosphere. During past ADE events, the venue has played host to various artists such as Bart Skils, Job Jobse, Leon Vynehall, Luigi Madonna and Miss Kittin.
